We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your rights when buying MiFaPharma online GMP courses. It is accessible before purchase from the website footer and from the Terms & Conditions.
If you are not satisfied with a self-paced course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course modules and have not downloaded or claimed the certificate. To request a refund, email info@mifapharma.com with your order details.
For instructor-led (live) courses, you may cancel and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the first scheduled session. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the session receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the session, or non-attendance, are non-refundable. If MiFaPharma cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
Email info@mifapharma.com with your name, email, order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The following are non-refundable: courses where more than 25% of modules have been completed; certificates already issued; and any course accessed after the 14-day refund window has elapsed.
Customised corporate training and consulting engagements are governed by the terms of the separate written agreement signed for that engagement. Deposit, cancellation and refund terms for those engagements are set out in that agreement.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under EU, UK or other applicable mandatory consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal for digital content where applicable. Where mandatory law provides a longer or more favourable refund right, that right prevails.
We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
